Here’s your chance to get into tiny living for a great deal! This 360 square foot tiny house (not on wheels) is for sale in Massachusetts for just $25,000. With the prices of lumber these days and skyrocketing prices for everything else, it’s pretty rare to see a tiny house this inexpensive. You will have to pay the cost for removal, though.

The one-floor home has a gambrel-style roof and a full kitchen and bathroom. It would make a great candidate for a Murphy Bed, or maybe just a futon. You can contact the seller on Facebook Marketplace.

Not bad at all for $25k!
But regarding: “We can pull a permit, Sheds are 200MPH”
So, Wind is just one of the many things Florida Building codes will look at?
What about .. Structural, Load, Energy, Egresses and minimum Square footage??
And even if all of this is good , you still need a Florida Eengineer to sign and stamp.
I have a Florida Residental lot with 750SQF minimum dwelling size – dirt road and no neighbors for a few blocks. I understand they have a variance process but I don’t think they would consider 1/2 of the size.
If anybody is familiar with the process? please email me a JC(AT)CYBERPINE(DOT)COM

If you are serious, consider finding out where FL is concerning the CA mandatory permit for an ADU, auxiliary dwelling unit on any single family lot.
