Yaletown THOW with Media Room, Wall Oven & Dishwasher

This new tiny home from Statton Rock takes risks and incorporates dark wall colors in a media room/living room/bedroom on the first floor to create a cozy cave. I actually love it, since the room is separate from the rest of the home which has creamy white shiplap to keep things bright. There are also oodles of windows for natural light. How would you use that room?

In the kitchen you’ll find all the appliances: a stacked washer & dryer, a full-sized refrigerator, a wall oven, dishwasher and spacious stainless steel sink. Since the home is all-electric, there’s a glass cook top and a closet dedicated to the hot water heater. Every stays hot or cool with the mini-splits. Enjoy the tour below.

The exterior is all steel — even that “wooden” looking part.

Here is the living room or possible downstairs bedroom.

The stacking washer and dryer are a nice touch!
