    I’m not sure about the “gourmet” kitchen, unless there were a lot more counters on the other side. I’d hate to be trying to cook with that tiny single sink and about three feet of counter space.

    I agree with Sharon about the kitchen which are far from perfect in most THOW’s. I dislike bed platforms which don’t offer ventilation under the mattress and cramped lofts. When you are living in a tropical climate or older it’s not very convenient.
    This thing is huge indeed. A lot of windows are always needed
    when building a tiny house.
    At 43 ft length it’s easy to deliver a generous floorplan.
    There are several builders around which can accommodate all the features of the single floor at less length and cost.
