Boy, I cannot figure out the design style here with the combination of industrial, farmhouse, rustic with a bit of mishmash. I’m not finding the luxury part of this rental either. The “custom tile” looks to be square tiles bordering a door and some above the sink. So often rentals are described as being custom, luxurious, homey, and original,. etc. Hotels and rentals are described with all the right language and best picture views to entice renters who then realize that one is not getting what they expected or paid for. Although in this case the pictures tell the real story.
However, I will say that the large gravel driveway is a plus when arriving in a vehicle.
