At Patoka Lake Winery in southern Indiana, you can spend the night in a silo, and yes, the rooms are round. The winery’s two-story Silo Suites are attached right to the winery, with a king bed and jacuzzi tub upstairs and a fireplace living room and kitchenette downstairs. Stays include a winery tour and two free tastings, and Patoka Lake is just outside the door.

Round Rooms Attached to the Winery

The Silo Suites sit up the stairs from the winery, so you can taste wine in the afternoon and walk to your room at night. The round walls make the space feel completely different from a typical hotel room, and the two-story layout separates sleeping from relaxing, almost like a tiny house.

Upstairs: A King Bed and a Jacuzzi Tub

The open upstairs bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area with chairs, a wardrobe, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The full bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and shower, with the toilet in its own private room.

Downstairs: Fireplace and Kitchenette

The first floor is the living space, with a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a TV. There’s a fully furnished kitchenette with a table and chairs, plus a half bath, so guests don’t have to go upstairs.
