  • All-Inclusive Lot Rent Simplifies Ownership: Bundling utilities, maintenance, and amenities into a single monthly fee removes the complexity of managing multiple bills and services for tiny home owners
  • Gated Access Addresses Security Concerns: Security features help tiny home communities appeal to buyers who might hesitate about the safety of smaller, more accessible structures
  • Pool Amenities Compensate for Compact Living: Shared amenities like pools give tiny home residents access to features they could not fit on their individual lots, making small-footprint living more attractive

All of the Tiny Houses are fabulous but what really makes this “park” an appealing neighborhood is the established trees and other landscaping. Wow! Mobile home parks could learn a thing or two from these guys!!! I realize that with mobile home parks, they have to accommodate really large homes coming in and leaving but some clever person could figure out how to do that and still have landscaping that involved more than tiny trees…if any…and nothing but asphalt. I could really see myself loving this community! Ok, loving the Tinies, too! Love the maple interiors and the black exterior accents are classic! Bravo!!!
