Hatteras is a stunning 20 ft. tiny house on wheels based upon Modern Tiny Living’s popular Point design. The Point’s floor plan is considered to be the most functional and livable design at its size in the entire tiny house industry, and Hatteras is a stunning example. With deep blue accents, a funky two-tone exterior, and the Point’s popular social area, Hatteras is a beautiful addition to the MTL fleet.

For a 20-footer this THOW has just about all that you might want. Well planned enough that you fitted in a closet and storage under the stairs where many smaller THOWs have to take up space with a fridge. I am wondering one thing – if the long open counter area (with no cupboards beneath) is meant to be an eating bar/desk? The loft looks large enough for some additional hanging clothes space, so that will help out the storge a bit. All in all a very pleasant space tht looks really liveable.
I’ve looked at several of this brands layouts. I generally like what I see but, where the heck does the fridge go???? I see space at the far end for washer/dryer combo unit, for the life of me I can’t figure where a fridge could go. I would not want it in the table setting area! Not want it in the space between the couch and stairs either! Please enlighten me. I would want a small/normal fridge. I like to cook.
I actually think that spot for a washer/dryer is supposed to fit an apartment-sized fridge.
Natalie C McKee — I agree, that looks to me to be where the under counter fridge would go.
