She Quit Corporate America to Manage Tiny Airbnbs

Precious Price is an amazing woman who used the lockdown of 2020 to completely overhaul her life! She already managed a number of Airbnb rentals while juggling a 6-figure corporate job, but decided to take on a new project — transforming a shed kit into a tiny house!

The tiny home sits behind her “normal” home, and after firing 2 contractors, she ended up building out the shed home herself. She rents it out on Airbnb and coaches other people on how to make money with Airbnb as well — which has allowed her to quit her 9-5 and pursue what she enjoys.

    WOW!
A Sistah with a phenomenal tiny house build! I love what you have accomplished with this tiny house!! You have just about everything that a large house would have with a functional full kitchen, fridge and bathroom complete with a flush toilet. Also, I LOVE the sliding glass shower doors in the bathroom! Great space saving idea! Frosted glass I think would provide more privacy but I know you said the current glass doors are all that was offered and it beautiful nonetheless.

Also as a consideration, if you can make space for a portable clothes washer/dryer (on wheels). Gurl…that would be the icing on the cake for full time living! It could roll and fit in the your kitchen during wash time then when done, can be moved to the other side of the kitchen/breakfast nook on the wall near the window. Just an idea.😊

Again, I absolutely LOVE this tiny house build which actually looks much more spacious than it’s base (12’x24′) 288 sq.ft. size! Miss Precious Price, Thanks so much for sharing your tiny home and for sharing so much detail in your process of making this shed conversion into a tiny HOME! You are a blessing for also sharing your knowledge on how to manage airbnb’s, vrbo’s and direct property rentals to make passive income. I will be reaching out in the near future for your classes. Thanks again, Precious!💛

WOW! She’s brilliant! Such a quaint, cozy home! The loft. for me …. too tight but could be used for storage. Congratulations on your business!

After I saw the epic length of this video I stopped watching. Most of it was probably talking about things that no one cares about. Grrr!!
