This is the story of Erin and her 300-square-foot tiny house, nicknamed the Olive House. She built it for retirement after downsizing and embracing van life. After living in the van, she says her new 300-square-foot tiny house feels like a mansion!
Erin has four children and seven grandkids and has been living on her own for 10 years now, so she decided to build a debt-free lifestyle embracing tiny house living. Now, she enjoys more freedom and the ability to spend money on fun things. It all started with building out her camper van, and now she enjoys life in a tiny house village in Mt. Laguna, California, called Tiny House Block.

I love this home. While there are a few changes I would make (would definitely need a bigger bed for my husband and I so I would lose the dresser in the bedroom), it’s really nice and roomy.
