Lessons from Prefab Container Homes
- Modern Aesthetics Transform Industrial Boxes: Clean lines and quality finishes make containers indistinguishable from conventional construction
- Customization Adds Value: Working with clients to configure interiors for specific uses justifies prefab pricing
- Mobility Enables Flexibility: Container homes can relocate as needs change, unlike permanent construction
- Multi-Purpose Design Expands Markets: Units serving as offices, bedrooms, or homes appeal to different buyer segments
- Prefab Reduces Site Work: Factory-finished units minimize on-site construction time and disruption

I work kills for one of these, they’re so cool! But where would I put it…?
These are cool. Not sure where you’d put it, lol
It looks really nice. I would place some kind of bathroom in though (perhaps a portapottie seat type toilet?). 🙂
Very pretty!
awesome design 😉 like it..
You would put it in the 6th grade classroom, because clearly it is wasted space.
Hi,
Very cool and I am interested in learning more about your prefab models and if you could ship to NJ. I am a 9/11 survivor and a Sandy survivor. I was declared disabled in 2009, due to 9/11 related illnesses and I was also hit by Hurricane Sandy here in NJ. I am currently losing my home to foreclosure, but would like to possibly buy something small, that I could afford.
I was also wondering, if I could put this type of home up on pilings or other raised foundation, as homes here in Union Beach, NJ have to be elevated now.
I would also like to know the pricing and how that works…Am I buying a finished shell, that needs to have a bathroom, kitchen, electrical, heat, cooling installed…etc., etc. I am looking for at least enough room to sleep 3 people with 1.5 baths and about 800-1100 sqft.
Thanks for all your help!
Leave it on the truck…
