I have always a friend of bump outs to cut the narrowness of a THOW partially. Here it’s well thought and used for a decent and comfortable couch. The dining arrangement facing each other is very much appreciated in comparison to the common bar sitting.
The kitchen is comfortable as well and can accommodate decent sized appliances. Having a ground floor bedroom is another plus. Combine it with a murphy or lift up to the ceiling bed would provide a space for a home office, gym or whatever.
The builder offers a lot of options for further customization.
A modern and well proportioned THOW with a lot of functional details. Well done.
