I like the style and size. The only thing which bothers me is the small fridge. Not bad for that price

That sink is way too small and in such an awkward place. The rest of the home isn’t bad.

That was my first thought as well. Although the rest seems well thought out I can only imagine how frustrating it would be later, realizing how unusable that ‘sink’ is. The sink in the bathroom appears bigger.

      A beautiful tiny house, however!

Appears this was built by John & Naomi Tucker in Keller, TX. Details can be found on their blogs on Instagram and Facebook under Small Simple Living, which include many more photos, even a few short video clips, than shown here.

The episode of HGTV Tiny House Hunters this is on is S04E18: Tiny Living In Texas…

It’s for sale because the previous owners disappeared without a trace. Wahaha. 😐 heh

I look at a lot of these, have done remodels, and am always moving furniture. I think practicality and maintenance. Hubs and I are thinking about THOW down the road. Here’s my take on this. Looks sturdy. Would be a good construction trailer and make someone some nice digs. For living in long term, I don’t think so. In no particular order: Ac/Heat is gonna blow right on someone and go where?, Is that bed on the floor?, those bed side tables are all wrong, the color choice is rather depressing and the drapes are too heavy and long, The ‘couches’ look like paddy wagon bench seats, limited space for comfortable resting place, cabinet above misplaced / all wrong sink looks like a ‘head banger’, nice screen – looks fragile, table looking at a blank gray wall. For an industrial look, the choices could be much much better. There is a Minim house, something like that that rocks this outta the ball park. That one and Joyce’s lovely abode are what I go back and forth to. Keep trying.
