Nice photo setup with limited storage. Let’s be real here. Taking a family with children, this van would look crowded or messy carrying the luggage alone unless you had alternate add-on storage. Depending on how the lower bed is made, I see little space for storing luggage under it.
Depends on how long a trip the family would be taking, a weekend getaway wouldn’t need much and the entire space under the bed is a storage garage, but does share space with the tanks. But you could always add a utility trailer and tow that for extra storage for longer trips…
People have traveled with less, though… Like there was a family that traveled in a 4×4 vehicle for months, using tents to sleep, storing most of their stuff on the roof, etc. Roughing it, basically, to enjoy an adventure together… Not for everybody but it can be a way to create memories that’ll last a lifetime, going out to remote locations to see and experience things you may not have even read of…
