This is Recon Campers. They’re a company making modernized tribute version of the classic VW camper vans using Nissan NV200 cargo vans as a base.
They have two models right now, the ENVY, and the WEEKENDER. Both are excellent camper vans and are the product of more than 6 years of research and development, design, testing, and direct customer feedback. Check it out below and let us know your thoughts about it in the comments.

Recon Campers Builds Modern Tribute To Classic VW Camper Vans
The van features everything you would expect (and more) in something this size.
Lots of storage throughout plus the rear seats turn into a bed.
Not time to sleep? You can turn it into a workstation or a place to eat.
And thanks to the pop top, you can actually stand up inside if you wanted to.
There are 10 gallons of water storage with water pump access and a rear outdoor shower.
What do you think so far?
Here’s a look from inside the pop top.
Yep! There’s storage everywhere.
Control panel for all of the systems.
A great vehicle for the adventurous person. And it can fit in a garage or small parking space.

Very nice. You dont have to pay for a hotel room. You can go anywhere. Love it.
Yes these are pretty cool. I’ve owned a 2015 NV200 since I purchased new in early 2015. There are several companies in Europe that have been converting these for awhile and a conversion for my van is still on the ‘to do’ list. 2021 will be the last year for the NV200 as Nissan is dropping the line. Why, I haven’t a clue. If they would make the van about 17″ longer and maybe a few inches wider between the wheel wells and offer some different engine, suspension and transmission options, I think they would run away with the small utility van market but apparently Nissan doesn’t spend much time consulting with people that use these vans. I’m wondering what van Recon will choose as a substitute if they will continue in this market. I think it’s a great market and anytime you can travel, camp, and average 25mpg, it’s great.
What surprised and delighted me the most was the size of the sink. A large sink is very helpful when there’s no dishwasher. It’s a charming little find
