very nice.
Very tastefully done! Well decorated and the view from the front porch is well worth the price of admission. Hopefully, that outdoor shower has a little built-in privacy. Am not a fan of having that loft ladder over a food preparation area. Also, the cost? Between $20 to 30K? That’s an awful but gap. Just sayin’.
I just wonder…, it’s not built on a trailer, is there a reason why not build it a few feet higher so there’s actually a standing room up in the loft area. The other, while I can appreciate an outdoor shower, for the climate, I see no reason why there couldn’t have been an indoor bath included in the design. I guess it’s a personal choice, but looking into the future where this place MAY be sold, it’ll limit the market. Even if 3-4 feet was added to the house in the design, the extra cost wouldn’t have been prohibitive and perhaps enhances the value of it down the road.
Just my 2 cents worth
Ps; I’d imagine the owner had her reasons for building it as it is, perhaps restriction on the deed or whatever, so my opinion is just a stab in the dark due to lack of knowledge of the area.
There is a bathroom, with a shower, that can be seen in the video. It is across from the kitchen. I like the surround porch and the vaulted ceiling in the living room. MOST OF ALL – THE VIEW! Awesome. Good job.

…and the dog!
Really pretty!! Love the lighting in the living area, and the space. Thank God for good friends and family. What would we do without them?
