This tiny cottage (12×16) is almost exactly the size I was thinking of for myself. Thanks for this article as it gives a great impression of how much space there really is inside. I was intending for 12’x17′ as this is the size of the living/dining area in our current tiny home and is plenty large enough for a bathroom, bedroom, kitchenette with lots left over for work area. Your site gives plenty of inspiration for all from small down to tiny.
Absolutely love this house! The screened porch, all the storage. Doesn’t even seem like a really small house. Plenty of “elbow room”. Thanks for showing it.
