The Classic Casa is a brand-new, one-bedroom display home at Timber Ridge, a year-round tiny home community on 54 wooded acres in Rocky Mount, Missouri, near the Lake of the Ozarks. Set on a foundation with a covered porch, it has a full kitchen with shaker cabinets, a bathroom with a tub, and a real ground-floor bedroom. You can buy this display model as it sits or order your own, and lease a homesite in the community.
A Tiny Home Community Near the Lake
Timber Ridge is a new year-round community in Morgan County, Missouri, about 2.5 hours from Kansas City or St. Louis and under 2 hours from Springfield. Phase one, called Eden Woods, has 29 porch-style homesites, with lot leases and homeownership packages available. There’s an on-site storage lot where you can leave your boat, and the community plans a future phase for two-bedroom models.
A Bright, Open Kitchen and Living Area
Inside, wood-look plank floors and soft greige walls run through an open kitchen and living area, with the front door opening onto the covered porch. The kitchen feels like a regular home’s, with white shaker cabinets, marble-look counters, a black backsplash, and a double stainless sink under a window looking out to the trees. Full-size appliances include an electric range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a stainless refrigerator.
A Real Bedroom and a Bathroom with a Tub
Instead of a sleeping loft, the Classic Casa has a ground-floor bedroom with plenty of room for furniture and storage. The bathroom includes a white vanity, a patterned tile backsplash, and a bathtub. There are also washer and dryer hookups.
