This gorgeous 2021 Payette Model built from Tru Form Tiny has hardly been lived in, providing an excellent chance to get your hands on quality construction without waiting months for a custom build. Best of all, it was designed to be non-toxic and as such, no vinyl, MDF, OSB, formaldehyde, petro-solvent fuming, off-gassing chemical materials or finishes were used.
It features a galley kitchen, loft bedroom, and downstairs living room that could double as the sleeping area. The full bathroom has a tiled tub and shower, a residential toilet, and laundry. It’s designed for full-time living and doesn’t disappoint. You can get it for $160K in Joshua Tree, CA.
