Justin has lived somewhat nomadically for 18 years, originally backpacking around. Eventually, he decided a rig would be a more comfortable way of living tiny, and he built a couple of skoolies before settling down in “The Mega Date.”

This amazing transit bus conversion has a huge soaking tub right next to the bed — an unexpected luxury! He also has a cool potbelly stove and some awesome live-edge as a table and coffee table. Enjoy the tour.

  1. Awesome. Roll right from the bed into your tub. To dry off just head on over to the couch where the curtains are on fire since they’re nearly touching the stove. Can I get a quote for a fire pit next to my supply of propane tanks?

  2. Nice concept. Poor execution. Looks uncomfortable and dangerous.Doesn’t look like much thought went into the practicality of the layout.

    1. Appreciate your feedback, Kevin! 👍 That’s fair — some designs definitely focus more on creativity than comfort. Every build teaches us something new, though! What would you change to make this one feel more practical to you?
