While it might be almost twice the size of many THOWs, this little foundation home is still quite compact compared to the McMansions all over the U.S. And it comes with 3.5 acres of land! Perfect for starting a little homestead — or just enjoying privacy.
The house is on sale for $150,000 and sits in Sheridan, Arkansas. It has one bedroom, one bath, and a beautiful farmhouse-chic kitchen. There’s also a wrap-around porch and carport. What a deal!

Would love to have a home as this in the Springfield, MO area.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
In my part of the country, you couldn’t even buy just the land for that price. Nice compact house with a great yard and extra land?! Someone is going to be so lucky to get that house.
Same where I live!
I can’t afford to buy the who set up, but I was wondering who built your tiny house. I love it! We are planning on moving to the other side of the country.
Thank you very much!!!
Maria
That shower setup is sweet!
Yeah 3.5 acres of flat land for that price is a great deal. I have a friend who lived in Arkansas. He said it was great, except when he walked out his front door, there was Arkansas.
How about providing a floor plan for a better idea of the arrangement?
I love the whole set-up! A nice sized piece of property with a house that’s not too big and not too small….just right! I hope to build something similar when I’m ready to retire. Thanks for sharing!
