14-ft. Tiny House for $35K

The Tiny Blue Nell is one adorable tiny house! And it doesn’t even have a loft, despite the short 14′ length. Instead, a futon couch provides a spot to sleep (although a Murphy bed would make a great addition).

There’s a 3/4 bathroom at the back of the house and a little kitchen with a mini fridge, sink, and removable cooktop. The best part is the price tag — which is under $35k! You can buy it in Ocala, Florida.

Very well designed for such a small space,It would be perfect for a college student. It looks like the front door opens out so you could put a collapsible shelf right inside under the window for eating or computer work. Maybe a narrow loft above the front or bathroom door for storage bins. Love the overhang in the front. A real bargain for someone !
