This tiny features the coveted downstairs bedroom in the back, and has all-electric hookups and Nature’s Head composting toilet. There’s also a loft bedroom with a staircase, and a kitchen with an RV fridge and cooktop. While the asking price is $85k, the seller said he’s willing to negotiate.
