No need to worry about parking this beautiful Serenity Tiny House at Little River Escape in Georgia! This house is for sale on a stunning lot, which you pay a monthly lot rental fee for.
The $450/month private wooded lot sits overlooking a creek, and includes water/sewer/garbage. The lots at the community are 3/4 of an acre on average, meaning there’s no “postage stamp” feeling here! The home itself is 200 square feet, with tons of additional outdoor living space including a rooftop deck and screened-in porch. It comes fully furnished and there’s a king-sized bed up in the loft! Enjoy the photo tour, and contact Little River Escape about purchasing this beauty ($68,500 asking price).

Nice features and storage options. The bathroom look pretty spacious, especially for a 200 sq.ft space, which I personally like!
However the title is somewhat misleading. The lot is not FREE if you’re paying $450 a month. The $68,500 price is for the THOW only. In any event, this is still a nicely laid out home!
YIKES! One letter makes loads of difference. I meant to type “Lot FEE” — just fixed it.
could you please tell me where this tiny house is located?
Click on the link that’s listed with the “Highlights.” It is near Menlo, Georgia, which seems to be northwest of Atlanta.
Love this. Does it snow there? I would miss my snow. The screened in porch is appealing as well as the inside of the tiny home. My Dogwood painting would fit on that one wall. I cannot live without my painting. Is beautiful inside. Outside looks like up here where I am at. Has to snow. 🙂 Lived for years by the ocean here in CA. Moved to Oregon for a few years at age 20. Las Vegas for 8 years and back to CA to Santa Barbara. Up to the Sierra’s where it is breath taking up here and it snows.
Yes I’m all about snow! I doubt it snows in Georgia, but it is on a mountain so perhaps!
Yikes!!! Was so enjoying the tour and love everything about the mini….then I AM HIT WITH THIS WARDROBE????
When I saw the first outside photo of this house, I thought “Oh, dear. This is going to be too much wood on wood – and dark”. But I am pleased to see that was not true. Nice house.
Yes the inside is much brighter!
I don’t even know where to begin. Ok the dresser in the loft is stunning 😍. And so we won’t be here all day let me just say this home is beautiful especially that kitchen. Now the prices. A great deal for that house and all the furniture too! Wow!. But $450 a month lot rent is crazy for all you are getting. I don’t even think you could get a postage stamp lot with no amenities here in Ypsilanti, Michigan. If I could I’d be on their doorstep waiting for them in the morning to scoop this deal up.
So true! I paid $350 for a room in a house with 6 other people in Hillsdale, MI some years ago…
How nice! Nice your room price but that you are either from Michigan or at least had an extended stay. 😊👍
This tiny house is so nice, I don’t know where to start. It is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful bathroom. I might would paint the cabinets over the door the same color as the wall so they blend in better and then take off the knobs so they look like built-in console cabinets rather than like kitchen cabinets. The living room is quite spacious for a tiny home, and I love the ceilings throughout. That dresser is amazing and makes a nice loft wall. What a lovely setting, too! It’s wonderful.
So I gather that by stating lot rent that you do not own
So I gather by stating lot rent you do not own the land so to me the rent is high and the yearly rent can go up unless ther is a cap on it ,so for me i need to own my own land and then pay a hoa.
