This tiny Tumbleweed home was designed and built by Jay Shafer in 2007. If you checked out the Tumbleweed website before 2013, this was the Lusby featured. The newer version is called the Elm. It measures 13.5Hx8Wx18L (in feet) for 117 sq. ft. total. RV hookups. I lived in it from 2008 to 2015. It is a lovely, efficient house. Isn’t 35,000 alittle high for that? Haven’t we seen some brand new houses for that price occasionally?
After seeing the 70-something thousand McTiny in this newsletter it puts this house to shame. Ugh!
