If we’re just talking the tiny house here, then I think a price of $28,000 would be fair, including the outdoor shower.
Contrary to Marsha Cowan if they were to “pay me” $28,000 then I’d take it off their hands. Really, it is on the tacky side colour wise and poor utilisation of space. But I’m sure someone, somewhere will love it.

It has a composting toilet…
