I agree, $25000 is way to high. I could see $7000 to $10000 tops. It is just a cubical to lay your head down.

I would have said a bit lower, but regardless, way overpriced. I like most of the woodwork, but as you say, just a place to get in out of the rain, and to lay your head down.

This asking price seems ridiculously high for a structure that isn’t a full domicile (unless the buyer sets up an outdoors kitchen/bathroom).

I’m guessing the build quality and materials might be some justification for the cost. You can see quite a bit of work went into it and remember 25K is the “ask”. That said, this would be great if just a little larger, traveling across the U.S. A small fridge and cooktop and a fold down table and convertible bed/banquette with a hanging locker. Most campsites have showers and a spot to wash a pan or two. That’s all you’d need. And it’s far cozier than a tent or cabin or hotel room…

I love the vardo gypsy look. This one is too small. I will be decorating my trailer w/ gypsy decor someday when I can.

It’s gorgeous, but did I miss something? I did not see a sleeping area.

No bathroom, no sink, no refrigerator, no stove, no oven. Hmm… I don’t even see a place to lay your head. Unless that bench is long enough to put a sleeping bag on. Ebay does have a spot where you can make an offer so maybe they are flexible on that point?
