This is the Tiny Traveling Dream Home by Tiny Heirloom. It’s a preowned tiny house that’s for sale via Tiny Heirloom‘s pre-loved tiny homes for sale section.
The Shea Family approached Tiny Heirloom to have their gooseneck trailer designed with a rustic yet clean aesthetic that was inspired by the house that they moved out of. This family of four took into consideration of traveling around the country while teaching their children about life and adventure. What do you think?

WOW!
That place R-O-C-K-S !!!
But the price!!!
Not unusual for this builder, they’re basically designer home builders that cater to clients who want homes specially tailored to them… So each of their builds are pretty much one of kind…
Even had a TV show called Tiny Luxury on DIY/HGTV… and being based in Oregon puts them right in the west coast region of states with high priced housing markets… There are better builders but they cater to a specific niche part of the market…
or….if you are empty-nesters, a Queen in the downstairs bedroom and a guest room in the loft, maybe? The “toy closet” could be reconfigured to a real closet and possibly drawers in the lower space?
The price is too high especially for one that is “pre-loved”. I have no doubt you could customize it for your situation and still pay less. Plus there is no mention of warrenty on “pre-loved” homes.
