Holy Moly… I think we have a record for the number of pictures of a tiny home… FiFtY nInE piccies… obviously Alex has been drinking wayyyyyy too much coffee. : )
😂
Nice home but your TV connections are to high and I would not have the electrical panel in the bathroom
If you mean the TV connector by the front seating area, 2 things to consider…
1) It’s for the raised sitting area, so everything is raised from the rest of the house.
2) Because of the windows, they have a narrow area to place everything that also has to have room to place the wall mount for the TV, which also has to be over where the studs are in the wall.
You can always run wires up or down from the wall connections but the TV mount is fixed. So the priority would be to be able to place the TV at the right level…
For the panel, I agree, I wouldn’t put the electrical panel in the bathroom either but the requirements of 110.26(A) regarding working space, (D) illumination and (E) dedicated space makes it hard to find places to put it in many Tiny House designs. So I can see why they put it there and there are trade offs for access versus having the panel in something like an exterior utility shed that you have to go outside to access… Nor would I want it near the sleeping areas…
It’s at least a good distance from anything and the shower has a direct overhead vent. So the bathroom should never get steamy…
Our electric panel is in full view in our family room. Solution? We put an inexpensive, appealing piece of art @ an inch over it. Before that, we put a complimentary curtain and balanced it with an adjacent space. Both got compliments and were never guessed to be outlet covers!
Good idea, thanks, Deb!
What is cost of Clover home?
How do you make the bed from the couch?
Love the geeen color of the cabinets
What color is this
WoW 🤩 exactly what I want, I think we can put the table between sitting area, for dining reception
This little home is beautiful, I thought the green cabinets were great choice of color. I was also curious to know what the name of the paint is called that you used on the cabinets!? Please and thank you .
