When I think of awesome gooseneck tiny homes, I think of MitchCraft — they have really perfected maximizing space and beauty in the layout. Oh this is so nice…and has a tub which I would love to have. Fell in love at first sight. Love the colors too…Could totally see myself in this.
It’s a beautiful home. My concern is there’s only one exit and it’s as far away from the bedroom as it can be.

If you’re worried about fire, etc. that’s why there’s always an emergency egress point for the sleeping areas provided by either a window, door, or hatch… For lofts, just keep one of those rolled up emergency ladders or rope to make it easier to climb down to the ground…
