This is definitely NOT a tiny cabin but it’s still an awesome solar off-grid log cabin on 20 acres for sale in Michigan.
It has three rooms, one bathroom, and a large kitchen. The cabinĀ is self sufficient with solar panels and is located on prime hunting land.
Even though it looks small in the photos, the total space inside is listed at 1700 sq. ft. including the loft space. Again, I know, it’s NOT tiny, and it’s hardly small, but I still thought you might enjoy it especially if you have a big family (or want a big family).

It may not be tiny but I still like the open layout and the fact that it’s off grid.
Curious to know the cost of building a home of this type roughly 1000 sq ft myself or even purchasing a log cabin kit. Any plans or ideas would be great! I live in Michigan as well.
In case any of you are interested, the cabin and land costs $161,900.
Ouch!
I’ll stick to daydreaming about going tiny. š
I like that you share other interesting homes not just Tiny on wheels.
This cabin is beautiful! I LOVE the look and layout of it. I really wish I was in the market to buy it, but that is probably about 10 years away. It looks like exactly what I have been dreaming of for a weekend get-away property.
Who is the realtor, how much is, who can I contact about buying it?
Hi Sandy, I’m afraid this is a post from the archives (from 2014), which means this home has sold long ago!
Is this home still for sale? Where is it located?
Thank you.
Tom
Hi Tom, I’m afraid this has either sold or was taken off the market in 2014.
