Emilie is one of the lucky ones! He got a beautiful tiny home from Baluchon that looks wonderfully well-crafted. His biggest want was a reading nook with bookshelves, and he has one right in front of a huge picture window that will offer lovely views of his Normandy property.
The name “Piccola Casa” means “little house.” He has a functional kitchen for cooking meals for guests, a large bathroom, and a storage staircase to hold his things. Upstairs in the loft, he fit a double bed. What’s your favorite part?

Very nicely finished!
I have always loved the way the Baluchon tiny houses look; the wonderful windows that allow for airflow and light. In this model, the kitchen is accommodating for one who enjoys cooking. My favorite feature is the reading and or relaxing nook. When can I move in?
Baluchon builds the most wonderful houses. This house is so pretty and cozy with lots of interesting little nooks like the storage in the stairs and the loft privacy wall. The bathroom is nice, too, and the kitchen looks like an easy, organized space in which to prepare meals. It’s just a lovely home.
