Nicole’s tiny home is truly tiny at just 16 feet long and the road-legal 8 feet wide. But what it lacks in size, it makes up for with style and functionality!
There’s a compact living room when you first walk into the THOW, and then a galley kitchen complete with a drawer dishwasher! The back of the tiny house holds the bathroom with a small tub. Up in the loft, Nicole has a closet, twin bed and office space.

I love this so much. DW, WD, office, full size fridge, shower and so much to enjoy.
Awesome, awesome, awesome! The best use of a 16X8 space I have seen. It gives me great ideas for a build. I love the loft with stairs, work desk, and great storage. Clever how you support the loft corner with a 4X4 attached to the roof trusses and not using a loft support in the corner from the floor. Love the green.
Wow! There is nothing about this tiny house that isn’t perfect and beautiful and well designed. I love it so much! It’s just the best tiny house ever. . .
Out of all the tiny houses that I have seen this is the one that I would move into without hesitation, I love it ❤️ only problem is i live across the pond in the UK lol
Such great use of space!! And to have it attractive, too? This is a real winner.
I agree with every comment before me….this IS just the best micro tiny home of all that I have ever ever seen, and I have been watching the THOW scene for about 10-12 years. I just absolutely terrifically LOVE it. EVERYthing is there – a fireplace, a nice lounge area (which a lot of micro THOWS tend to do without) ], a wonderful wonderful kitchen with more storage than any micro I’ve seen (and dishwasher??), a lovely spacious bathroom — and space for a combo washer/dryer, a storage stairs (NOT a ladder!), and a great loft bedroom WITH A CLOSET and folding clothes storage, even a desk area. I am just literally blown away! When can I move in? PLEASE can I move in? Can I buy the building plans at least? Can I catch my breath now??
I don’t think the fireplace is in the right place to fully enjoy it. Those can always be fitted into a wall.
People rely too much on dishwashers. It isn’t such a bad thing to wash by hand.
Regardless, this TH is fantastic beyond words. Colors, design, furniture and space saving components are exactly what I would love to have myself. Well done!!!
Wow!! This is really nice!! It’s the perfect size for one or even two people! I love everything about it!!
Very very impressive.. I had to save every picture for future reference. I can’t tell if thats actual half bricks or just a brick image type board. Also I think its a double sized bed upstairs. looks way too big for a twin.
Will have to do a couple of sketches to see how it works with a 2 foot longer trailer. everything just screams perfect.
This 16×8 has everything necessary for full time living! Not one detail was missed and I absolutely LOVE this Tiny Home THOW. I can’t do stairs but I would definitely find a way to use them because this THOW is beautiful and perfect in every way!
EXCELLENT JOB!
There are stair lifts for narrow stairs, there’s even a stand and perch type… Or you can replace the stairs with a elevator lift platform…
Very interesting tiny! I so like so much of it — the steel countertops and pull out pantry space, a good size fridge, washer-dryer combo, cool shower stall and a tub!!! Nice office space, and more.
What I wonder about it — the couch in living space seems very close to the fireplace (if that is what it is — hard to tell from my perspective), wonder too about how to reach those large cabinets above the couch?? Maybe good for a very tall person — but prob. just a place for storage not used often?? The no rails on the stairs wouldn’t be safe for me at least but do love the cabinets under the stairs for more storage. In the bedroom/office the closet space looks like a plus — but couldn’t really from the pix figure out how much room there is there (probably a lot but not easy to see). Lastly, I may have missed but would like to have seen more of the kitchen — and the drawer dishwasher is nice but if living in a small space for one or two peeps, I think simply washing dishes by hand would be perfectly fine. All in all, I can see and appreciate how wonderful this tiny is!
Remember in assessing this house that it was made to order and to fulfill the needs of ONE VERY LUCKY person! I too would rather have a ceramic wall heater somewhere than an electric fireplace so close to the sofa, and I would certainly not spend my dollars on a dishwasher, but hey, that would make it MY house, not hers! We gotta let Lucky Nicole do Nicole, right?

Jeez…. Tech does NOT like me. sorry bout the double entry!!
This is the best use of space that I have seen. A lot of people opt for more windows and open shelves. They will regret it. The more storage you have the better. Love this build. If I could vote it would get an A+, 100%.
Cute but way over Priced!
Definitely a very high price, but details like how they did that loft and office space would not be seen in the vast majority of lower priced homes because it requires advance engineering and craftsmanship to pull off properly and safely. While most homes also aren’t having every single tiny detail specifically tailored to the owner’s preferences and wants to produce a one of a kind home just for each specific owner.
It’s basically for people who don’t want to compromise and demand to get exactly what they want, even if it has to be specialty made just for them and every home shown by this builder is a commissioned home that is going to the owner…
So that’s something to understand about these types of custom builds that it caters to a different market range and price will include more than just the cost of the build but also services rendered, fulfillment of specialty requests, going beyond what is required to making a one of a kind product, etc.
It’s just usually not necessary unless it’s for someone with special needs. So, for people who can compromise and accept the trade offs, there’s a long list of cheaper options… Especially, if you go to a builder who operates in a lower cost location. Most of the west coast states are going to be above the national average, the average cost to build a regular house in Colorado is $230 per square foot and this builder is in that state, for an idea of what the starting costs are there before you add the premium of custom, etc.
What is the price? Can’t find it, but I’m curious, of course, what OVER PRICED is in this case …
Thanks for info.
$150K… Current price estimates, assuming you’d be commissioning a similar build, are listed on the builder’s website, under the gallery section that serves as their portfolio. However, keep in mind with custom that the price can go either up or down, depending on the specifics of your order and number, and levels, of services rendered in that process.
Thanks for the answer. Was very polite.
UGH! It is toooooo small!
It’s what the owner commissioned, but anyone else can just order it in a different size and/or choose up to a completely different design/layout, depending on budget…
Are the plans free or for sale? Or are the plans only restricted to the manufacture?
The pocket door is on the BATHROOM, not the bedroom.
