Great color integration and superior use of high grade appliances and fixtures. This could easily be converted to seniors use with elimination of the loft and doing the bedroom in the upper full height overhang…
This is just brilliant!
Ditto on Bill Burgess’ comments..I really love the sleek yet warm engaging décor, accoutrements, design. WELL done and classy!
Very nice, interior and exterior! Since hot air rises, the “living room” that’s elevated would probably be toasty!
Love it!
This so nice. I think I’m in love!!
This really beautiful, great design and color. Wanted to know about the space under the living room. Is it storage that’s accessible from the outside?
No, the downside to 5th wheel/gooseneck is that front space is taken up by the tow hitch and thus can’t be used for anything else… Look at the next to last photo, it’s that gap in the front on the right side… The tow truck would back under there to attach to the hitch in this design.
Trade off being this arrangement makes it much easier and safer to tow and as there’s no need to share the headroom with anything else the space above the hitch is usually used to place a standing height bedroom but they opted for a living room in this layout instead…
That looks really nice. Nice color choices and lots of storage space – which often lacks in tiny houses. I like the layout as well. Only thing I might change is the washer and dryer – to a modern combination machine, which takes up half the space and leaves room above the machine for shelves or a cupboard – I love storage space. But that is the only thing I would change.
Does anyone know the dimensions on the living room area? Could that space be used as another bedroom? I love this color scheme yummy…..cool tiles in kitchen, great bathroom… This is a winner!
In most 5th wheel/gooseneck models that area would be for a bedroom, this is one of the rare ones that it’s not.
The gooseneck is listed as 8′, which means that space is around 8′ x 8’… Though, that storage unit in front of the sofa takes up a little of that space but you should still easily be able to replace the sofa and fit a bed in there…
LOVE the layout design and size. Not a fan or the colors though. I’m more of a natural woods/stone look kind of person. Beside interior color, if I’d personalize it, I’d add an incinerator toilet, clawfoot tub, give the painted areas a stone or black stainless steel finish or diff complimentary wood finish. That’s it. The 3 minor things and it’ll be perfect for me. O yea, and make it solar/wind off grid.
I would like one built just like this one, Carrie’s 28ft Gooseneck Tiny Home. I would like to obtain some information please.
