Do you love tiny homes but want one with modern style and high-end finishes? Then I think love this modern tiny house with a rooftop balcony by Tiny Heirloom.
Outside, you’ll notice a clean geometric shape with knotty pine and sleek brown textures. The house’s asymmetrical style makes it look New York chic while sitting among the trees of Oregon.
When you go inside, you’ll find grey floors, cream ceilings and light green walls all composed of wooden panels. One loft includes plenty of room for storage, and the other houses a twin-sized bed. The bathroom has a beautiful tile shower over a wooden-slat floor that looks spa-worthy. Take a step into the kitchen and you’ll find a lovely tile backsplash and butcher’s block counter.

Cool and easy … that’s a nice thing to live in …compliments
Cool, a rooftop terrace is something which I like a lot. The interior colors are nice, too. Don’t like sleeping lofts at all and this one seems to have little headroom. I can’t breathe there especially with our climate in FL.
“I can’t breathe there…”
You’ve actually been in a tiny home sleeping loft?
If not, how do you know you can’t breathe there. People who have tiny homes with lofts for sleeping would seem to put your comment to the test would they not?
Lofts scare me because, in event of fire, the loft is the first place the smoke would go. In a tiny house, I’d want a first floor bed with a window big enough to to escape from easily.
Nice use of space. I like it that there is actually space for your clothes. This is a pretty small TH, but well thought out. Where is the access for the roof top patio? Is it a ladder or stairs?
Access to the roof top deck is via stairs which are attached to the end of the TH where the deck resides.

I knew it had to be one of the luxury units from Tiny Heirloom! The expensive outfitting inside always sits several notches above design wise, and this is a lovely TH. The coffee maker is very pretty, but $570 is outrageously expensive for something that heats water and pours it into a $40 Chemex pot. I love my always clean and pure tasting Chemex coffee, but my Walmart kettle heats water faster and a whole lot cheaper. Coffee + plastic = blech.
Very nice! I love the decor! Would like to see pictures of the bathroom.
It amazes me that no matter how many of these I view, I always find new inspiration for my own TH (future)…this time it is the color scheme and the back splash in the kitchen. Thanks for posting another treasure trove of ideas!
Love it…..especially the sleeping loft!!! This house is perfection!
It’s pretty awesome!
