Too dark interior for such a small space. Looks too much like the 70’s.
It looks nicely made, and is a good layout for a single person who doesn’t want a loft. I might swap in a smaller fridge, and lighten the blue paint, but otherwise it’s ready to go. You could paint the cabinets if you didn’t want as much wood showing. I hope they find a happy new owner for it, and I’m sorry for the person whose dream was realized, but now he can’t live there.
Am I missing something? The kitchen appears to include a washer/dryer set, but no stove, oven, nor even microwave.
Other than that, it seems pretty nice. I suppose one could always bring in a small stove/oven, while replacing the laundry appliances with a combo unit.
That’s not a washer/dryer set… It’s a combo washer/dryer and next to it is a cooking range with 2 ovens…
Thank you, James D. The photos made it a bit difficult to see much.
Now that I’m looking at it again, I realize that I missed the vent hood, as well as the dish towels hanging from the doors of the oven.
How do you get in the loft?? I don’t see stairs, a ladder, or anything at all. Please help me understand.
No loft, everything one level… From one end to the other you have the kitchen > living room > bathroom > bedroom…
