This adorable former short-term rental house could be yours! You might remember the “Ginger” when we featured it some years ago, but it’s ready for a new home after five years of successful short-term renting. And it comes fully furnished!

The house has a loft bedroom accessible via a storage staircase. There’s space for a daybed or larger couch in the living room, and the galley kitchen has an oven, farmhouse sink, and retro-style refrigerator. It’s for sale in West Virginia for $74,500.

Former Short-Term Rental For Sale: $74,500

The living room has vaulted ceilings.

A skylight shines light into the home.

There’s a higher roofline in the bedroom.

What a fun lighting system!

The loft looks down on the living area.

While there isn’t a railing, you could always add one!

A skylight in the loft allows you to stargaze.

The kitchen has pretty Robin’s Egg Blue cabinets.

Stained pine ceilings feel warm and cozy.

The kitchen has a small oven and two burner cooktop.

Notice the lovely exposed beams in the kitchen.

Floating shelves hold spices or candles.

The barn door leads to the bathroom.

A stock tank tub is a great spot to soak.

A pretty copper sink finishes off the bathroom.

Would you live in this sweet home?
