The eOne is ESCAPE’s all-electric flagship, and this build showed the configuration that makes it feel less like a tiny house and more like a small two-story home: twin lofts connected by a catwalk. Most THOWs give you one loft you crawl into. Running a walkway between two of them turns the upper level into an actual floor you move around on, and it is the single biggest reason this layout lives larger than its footprint suggests.
Downstairs, the all-wood interior does a lot of work. Large windows on the main level bring in light from two directions, and the living area is deliberately unassigned: it can be a lounge, a work-from-home setup, or a ground-floor bedroom for anyone who would rather not climb at all. The kitchen carries an induction cooktop, electric oven, and a tall refrigerator with freezer, plus a combo washer/dryer tucked in nearby. Being all-electric means no propane lines, no tank swaps, and a straightforward path to running the whole house off solar later.

Inside the Escape eOne Tiny House

The beautiful all wood interior makes you feel like you’re in a cozy cabin. It’s awesome! This eONE tiny house is equipped with a combo washer dryer near the kitchen, and there’s lots of storage space too. What do you think so far?

The living room on the main level features two large windows, a wall mounted Smart TV, and ceiling mounted LED lighting. The windows all have built in coverings for privacy and/or movie time! This area can be used conventionally as a living area, but if you work from home you can also find a way to squeeze in a small office setup in here too. You could also opt to use the area as a first floor bedroom! How would you use this space?

Heading up to the spacious lofts. This is actually loft number two, the smaller of the two. More windows with coverings up here as well as ceiling mounted LED lighting. This space is accessible via staircase and a loft walkway.

Why the Catwalk Layout Matters
- Two lofts plus a walkway equals a real second floor. Separate sleeping and storage or kids and guests, without either space being a crawl-in dead end.
- Stairs change who can live here. A staircase to the main loft instead of a ladder makes the upper level usable at 3 a.m. and usable long-term as you age.
- An unassigned main-floor room is the most valuable room. Leaving the living area undefined lets one floorplan serve a remote worker, a couple, or someone who needs to sleep on the ground floor.
- All-electric simplifies everything downstream. No propane means fewer penetrations, fewer inspections, and a cleaner route to going solar.

The Escape eOne has a good layout and nice finishes, but I wish they would find a way to make the washer/dryer less obvious. Also, I’d like it if this company would invest in some fake scenery to put outside, or put the houses in a pretty location, as the photos and videos would be much more appealing with better views from the windows.
Well, a lot of their units get used as AirBNB’s. So can always look those up to see them outdoors in various places around the country…
While I’m pretty sure these videos are being posted by an authorized reseller and not the actual company. Mainly promoting units he’s trying to sell… Think that’s the reason he made his youtube channel private, most of his videos can only be seen if he provides you a link.
The company itself never had a marketing department. Relying on the media to provide coverage, occasional news article, magazine, etc. Even been on a few HGTV/DIY shows but you wouldn’t know it if you weren’t familiar with their units…
