This gorgeous 18-foot tiny house with two loft bedrooms is for sale in Austin, Texas. The $75,000 home has a central galley kitchen with lovely blue cabinets and a compact dinette/couch area under the smaller of the two lofts.
The all-tile bathroom is a wet bath, so it’s easy to clean up! Built over the tongue of the trailer, it has a unique shape and fits a shower, toilet, and vanity. This would make a great Airbnb or a home for one person. What do you think?

Austin Double Loft Tiny House Tour with a Beautiful Bath
The smaller loft sits over the tiny eating nook.
The kitchen has a toaster, mini fridge, and microwave.
This part of the counter doubles as bar seating.
A deep sink has a picture window view.
The more spacious loft is above the bathroom.
Isn’t this a beautiful color for the cabinets?
A large TV is easily viewable from one or both of the lofts.
A queen bed fits perfectly in the loft.
The board and batten walls add a cottage feel inside.
Floating shelves are great for storage.
I might put a couch here and turn it into a cozy living area, but this looks nice, too!
The bathroom has shiny floor-to-ceiling tiles.
Look how beautiful the sink area of the bathroom is! Is there a steam option in this tiny house bathroom?
And the toilet is in the other corner. Very nicely done!
