Here’s a gorgeous pre-owned tiny house on wheels called “The Dollhouse.” This family has been living in the home for the past four years but is jumping into van life, so they’re selling the 330 sq. ft. house for $80,000 in Hitchcock, Texas.

This home features a loft living room with a sneaky kids’ room underneath. The primary bedroom is up a cool set of storage stairs with beautiful mosaic tile risers. I love the beautiful tiles on the stairs.

The porthole window is a unique touch.

There are lots of storage cubbies.

The kitchen has bold blue cabinets.

The loft room fits a King-sized bed.

The beautiful recessed lighting has a soft glow.

Here’s the cozy room under the living space loft.

There’s a door to the lower loft.

  • House is 4 years old and we have lived in it full time since.
  • We are currently heading towards van life and are selling our beautiful dollhouse.
  • We have a king size bed in the master with plenty of room for a closet space up there as well.
  • I am 5ft 7in and can sit up in bed with room to spare.
  • Kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/stove and a fridge as well as high end butcher block countertops.
  • Bathroom has a regular toilet, 5ft 6in tub with shower, and an all-in-one washer/dryer.
  • Water heater is on demand with no holding tank and uses propane.
  • Stairs to both lofts make is easy to access as opposed to a ladder. There is one Fujitsu A/C unit and it cools or heats the house very well.
  • We have lived in Florida, South Texas and Northern California and have never had an issue with temperature control.
