Very nice. Even if you use it for a regular living room having the murphy bed is great for guests. And that bathroom 😍 I don’t know what I like most the sink and shower are both fantastic! They didn’t show the loft and that would be a big consideration if you were going to buy it. But what they do show is well worth it
Didn’t see a/c or heating unit. Is there one. I live in Florida and you need a/c.

7th photo down, look at the top left corner for area above window on fridge side, near loft level… Can just make out the corner of the Mini-Split…
How in the world do you get up in the loft?!!
