Why no photo of the exterior? I like the light wood and paint, and I like the curved (barrel?) ceiling. The ladders wouldn’t work for me; I’d need a stairway, but I do like the tricky foldaway ladder to the main loft. It says it is prepped for a washer/dryer; where would that be? And I always prefer a window right over the kitchen sink. Despite all my complaints, I do like the feel of this place.
May be that’s all the customer is allowing them to release…
But looks like this one is based on their ClearCreek Model, so you can check that model page for some idea what the exterior looks like… It also has the default floor plan, which you can compare to how this customer chose to customize it…
For the washer/dryer, the connection box is recessed on the wall right between the front door and the stove side counter top… But, as nothing is above it, it means she can opt for a stacked unit instead of just the usual combo…
Love this also. Very clean and decorated neatly. Orderly. Gives me more ideas.
Wow! Absolutely love the ceiling!! It is a lovely home.
