It’s so awesome how many tiny homes are now featuring downstairs bedrooms that are much friendlier on the knees! Janet’s custom K2 from Tiny Idahomes is one of those awesome new builds. She chose a brilliant seafoam green color for all the walls in her tiny house, and it’s bright and refreshing.
Besides the lower bedroom, there’s a loft bedroom area with beautiful architectural windows and a fascinating roofline. The galley kitchen has everything plus a dishwasher, and the bathroom has its own laundry. What do you think?
Tiny Idahomes did it again creating Mimi’s Clear Creek Tiny House complete with a pop-out couch and a ground-floor guest room with room for a queen-sized bed.
The exterior has an awesome awning as well to provide shade for an outdoor living area. There’s a galley kitchen, loft bedroom (per Mimi’s wish) and a bathroom under the storage loft. What a cute and cozy home! Clear Creek models from Tiny Idahomes start at $45,850. More details here.
The exterior of the home features beautiful powdery blue board and batten siding, and inside features a mix of dark-stained pine and white bead board, which I just love.
She has a beautiful L-shaped kitchen under her loft bedroom, and the bathroom is on the other side of the THOW under the smaller secondary loft. Priced as shown, this THOW costs $55,000, but you can get the base Clear Creek model for $45,850. Contact Tiny Idahomes to get your own!
Inside you’ve got a full kitchen, dining slide-out, full bathroom, living area with bed lift (it stores into the ceiling), plus an additional loft. It’s a pretty nice design, isn’t it? What do you think?
You can purchase this model in both 24′ and 26′. The builder writes:
It is built on a tow behind trailer with a 8’6″ total width, including roof overhang, and total height of 13’5″ tall including 2′ trailer height. It features an entrance in the back of the house with a 3′ x 3′ back porch with a 3′ x 7′ storage loft inside above the porch. This model has an 8′ sleeping loft with stair access. It has a mid-kitchen with shaker style alder cabinets, a laminate counter top, an Atwood 3 burner propane range. The rear bathroom with regular porcelain toilet, small bathroom sink, washer dryer hookups, and a 32” x 32” shower. Additional options are available.
Base price for the 24′ starts at $42,395.Enjoy the pictures of one finished version below!
Melinda chose the builder’s 26′ Clear Creek model and customized the colors and features to her needs. It has two lofts (one for sleeping, one for storage), a large living space, galley kitchen and a bathroom. I loved her storage stairs because they open into a large hanging closet space rather than smaller drawers — clever!
