I love the layout of the Tiny Home. It’s so cute & tiny, but it has everything that you would need. Love the full kitchen & the main floor bedroom.
Also with the shower/toilet together, you have your own shower seat. Lol.
This is nice. The outside is nice. Kitchen. bedroom has plenty of room. 😉 I like.
Thanks, Sheila!
Would there be a place for small washer/dryer
In this one, no, but they’re a custom builder. So they can make space for one if someone has them build another one.
I like the style, curved roof, kitchen and slide out.. Wet bath isn’t my style.
My choice would be to turn the bed across driving direction. A queen would allow a night stand and wardrobe.
Followed by walk through bathroom with a separate shower stall on one side, toilet and sink on the other.
There are compact washers which fits under a small sink.
I am always amazed about the kitchen arrangement. The sink should be close to the fridge because you are washing meat, veggies and fruits after taking it out – or? Next is preparation and finally cook top and oven.
Finally, the slide out should have a fold down cover to protect the top seams .
I love this idea, I want one!!! where can I get one?? anywhere near NC?????
Hi Catherine, I believe this unit is still available and they can deliver it to you in NC. Give them a call about it! They’re at 208-468-0576.
I’ve actually seen this house in person at the Great American tiny house show in Portland this spring. The bedroom is actually great, I used it to visualize what our tiny home will have in the way of bedroom space. I am a fairly short person @5’3″ & I think the bed would be easy enough to make. Unless you have some sort of physical limitations. The booth style table is quite nice for dining. However is very tall, 2 steps up, like sitting at on pedestal. Would be very awkward for children or very small people. It didnt look like the table transformed into a bed or even removed. Making no real lounging or living area. The kitchen was great everything you could want. Very functional in that way. The bathroom was functional but not restfull. This would be a great home for someone who wants to move a lot, works from home at a desk a lot, likes to cook & is probably single. Or 2 people that are really cozy & share similar work habits.
For the size, I like it. Not keen on grey colors, but to each his own. I didn’t see anything I didn’t like.
Thanks to whoever took the pictures of this lovely tiny house. No weird distorted views making the kitchen sink look six feet wide and back bedroom 20 ft away. (Lol, not that I’m bias.) I really like the layout and the full kitchen! Would love to own something like it.
That dining bump out is a very clever example of practical functionality. I really like it. Don’t think I’ve seen one quite like it and I’ve been lurking since 2012.
Great little travel unit, of course so I could have a walk around bed (a small two foot bump out shaped for wind deflection), but very little I would change overall. As a little homestead underway it can be put into almost any RV park slot and have room to spare. That roofline begs for solar panels and making it an off grid wonder would be a snap. Ideal for a retired couple or road workers moving from job to job. For a traveler a slide out porch would be easy peasy and an awning over the back. My normal mods to the kitchen adding the Drawer type D/W and taking away the oven as you already have space for convection/micro is a no brainer. I am assuming an on demand H/W with filtration system in that corner unit area accessable from the outside with a shower kit(that’s where the pull out deck makes a nice shower floor in the corner after a quick dip in the Gulf)? KUDOS.
All excellent ideas!
