This tiny house on wheels was built by Pinnacle Peak Custom Homes in 2022 but has never been lived in by the current owner (right now, it’s just used as bike storage). It features two loft bedrooms, one with a sturdy staircase with safety railings.
The house has beautiful sage green siding, but on the inside, it’s very sleek, with black-and-white finishes throughout. Just wait until you see the massive shower stall! You can purchase it for $99,000 in Santa Barbara, California.

A black retro fridge sits next to the four-burner oven.
The cozy living room sits beneath the main loft.
The staircase has a sturdy railing on both sides.
A T.V. and cozy electric fireplace warms up the living room.
You can see the secondary loft from here.
Built-in cubbies provide storage for the bedroom.
A washer/dryer unit could fit in here.
The closet has two layers for hanging storage.
An industrial sliding door provides privacy.
The bathroom has a tin ceiling.
What a luxurious shower stall!
There’s a utility closet on the exterior of the home.
That’s the exterior portion of the mini-split.
I just love this color!
