This tiny house in Hayward, California is set up well for a single person or couple, with one loft accessible via a storage staircase. A pretty sage green door pops against the metal and wood siding, and takes you into the kitchen space.
The galley kitchen only has lower cabinets and a removable cooktop. You’ll find that the bathroom really shines, with a cool honeycomb tile floor, and a shower stall that features green glass tiles. What do you like most about this THOW?

Lots of open space for $75K. Lots could be done with the limited appliances in the kitchen, while the bathroom has lots of storage AND a W/D! Great buy in Hayward CA…..I am not too far from there! Maddening traffic depending on where you need to travel to would be my only reservation.
