Lessons from Windmill Construction

New Construction Avoids Retrofit Challenges: Building new in traditional style allows modern amenities without compromising historical structures
Custom Furniture Maximizes Round Spaces: Curved couches and cabinets use floor area that rectangular pieces would waste
Vertical Stacking Separates Functions: Dedicating each floor to one purpose (cooking, living, bathing, sleeping) creates privacy in a small footprint
Quality Materials Justify Premium Rates: Hardwood finishes throughout elevate the guest experience and support higher rental pricing
Unique Architecture Creates Marketing Value: Distinctive buildings generate social media content that attracts bookings
