    Now thats a price I can work with! The toilet is an arms length from the kitchen sink. Maybe a door would help..Is that a 3 legged dog on bed?? :)

    Buying second-hand always pays off. But I understand that houses on trailers depreciate every year. Any insurance agents out there?
