2017 MitchCraft Tiny Home For Sale

This post contains affiliate links.

This beautiful tiny house has served as Rita’s home for four years, and she is now selling the MitchCraft-built THOW. It has a compact footprint, but the loft bedroom does have a landing which you can stand on when getting in and out of bed.

A built-in bench provides a spot to lounge in the living room, and the kitchen has all the major appliances and a breakfast bar. In the bathroom, you’ll find a washer/dryer unit, glass shower stall and a residential toilet. You can purchase it for $70,000 in Boulder, Colorado.

Compact THOW w/ Stand Up Loft Landing

The view from the bathroom at the kitchen and living space.

A flip up bar looks out a large window.

The kitchen has bold colbalt blue cabinets.

The green couch is built into the space.

The steps allow you to be standing getting in and out of bed.

The bed looks extra cozy up here!

There’s a handy built-in medicine cabinet near the toilet.

The bathroom has a washer/dryer unit and beautiful glass shower stall.

More built-in wall storage in the bathroom.

I love the board and batten on the exterior.

The home has a shed-style roof.

I am selling my wonderful tiny house on wheels! This beautiful space was build by Mitchcraft Tiny Homes in Fort Collins in 2017. His homes now sell for closer to $150-$200k and his attention to detail and craftsmanship result in a well built and aesthetically pleasing home.

I am the second owner and have lived in it for 4 years. It is 8×20 with stairs and a landing up to the loft (no ladder!). The space is incredibly usable, spacious and light, with high ceilings and the ability to sit up in the loft. There are 2 closets, by the door and at the top of the stairs. It features a flush toilet, Della mini split for efficient heating and cooling, Splendide washer/drier, full sized fridge, 3 burner stove and oven. The kitchen table folds down and the couch has a pull out feature, making for an adaptable living space. There is a mini “garage” over the hitch for extra storage.

It has really been the most special place I’ve ever lived and parting with it is bitter sweet. I’m happy to share more about my why: it is unrelated to the house itself. I hope you find as much joy in this space as I have! Reach out if you have any questions or would like to come take a look. I look forward to showing you this little gem.
If it’s up it’s available.
