The Big Ripper is Sequoia + Salt’s full-size slide-in truck camper, starting at $34,000 as of August 27, 2026. Base dry weight on that page is about 980 lbs.

The hard part is the obvious one: this is a slide-in on a full-size truck. About 980 pounds before you add water, gear, or options. Sequoia + Salt prints this line on the truckcampers page: “We check your truck’s payload rating against your configured build weight before any deposit.”

Two sizes. The configurator on that same page, as of August 27, 2026, lists a 5.5 ft bed at about 980 lbs and $34,000, and a 6.5 ft bed at about 1,050 lbs and $34,750.

The spec sheet: welded 6-series aluminum frame, insulated fiberglass sandwich walls. Roof length 142 inches. Body width 73 inches. Exterior height 88 inches up, 60 inches down. Interior height popped up is 7 feet 1 inch.

Adult sleeping is 2–3. The convertible cab-over bed is 54 inches by 70 inches in the standard layout, 70 inches by 75 inches expanded. Every build includes a pop-top sleeping system, full to king.

Lounge cushions, a cassette toilet, and manual jacks come on every build. So do 200Ah of lithium, 400 watts of solar, and an inverter. Diesel heating is printed as an optional add-on at +$4,200.

They call it the only truck camper built in New Jersey. The published commercial address is 202 E Main St, Unit 1, Manasquan, NJ 08736. Inquiries go to hello@sequoiasaltvans.com or 732-357-3483.
