This is a modern tiny house vacation with breathtaking views in Escalante, Utah. The home can accommodate up to six people. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The first bedroom is on the main floor with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom is up in the loft with two twin-size beds, and there’s a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The home also features a living area, dining area, full kitchen, and full bath.

    Who is the builder of these park models?

      They have construction photos on their facebook page. So they may be building them themselves…

      Zoning in the county they’re in allows for tiny houses on foundations in unincorporated areas, which allows them in some residential areas, and for treating tiny houses on wheels the same as Park Model RV’s and thus are allowed as a conditional use in recreation grounds and facilities and campground projects…

      They started with 3 units shown in the photos but will eventually have 9 on the 4 acres property… They’ll have most of them ready by spring…
